We are currently accepting spring and summer clothing!

clothing closet guidelineS updated for 2022

During the pandemic, cleaning out and organizing closets and cupboards has been at an all time high. While you have the best intentions when you gather items to donate to MadCAAP, we would appreciate you being mindful of the list below when you donate.

Please show our neighbors in need some love by donating only gently used, clean, good condition items such as:

  • In season clothing and shoes that are clean and gently used

  • Hard plastic toys that can be wiped down

  • Bath towels, bed linens, bedspreads and bed pillows that are in good condition with no stain or odor

  • Kitchen items such as glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, platters, Tupperware, baking dishes, pots, pans, utensils (all in good, gently used condition)

  • Children's books in good condition

  • Small decorative items

We can no longer accept the following:

NO USED UNDERGARMENTS:

No if's, and's or but's about it.  Undies are items that need to be bought new, no matter how cute your old ones are.

NO TORN, STAINED, STINKY OR HOLEY CLOTHING:

These items are a NO for us.  Please only donate items that are like new or gently worn.
