During the pandemic, cleaning out and organizing closets and cupboards has been at an all time high. While you have the best intentions when you gather items to donate to MadCAAP, we would appreciate you being mindful of the list below when you donate.
Please show our neighbors in need some love by donating only gently used, clean, good condition items such as:

In season clothing and shoes that are clean and gently used

Hard plastic toys that can be wiped down

Bath towels, bed linens, bedspreads and bed pillows that are in good condition with no stain or odor

Kitchen items such as glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, platters, Tupperware, baking dishes, pots, pans, utensils (all in good, gently used condition)

Children's books in good condition

Small decorative items
We can no longer accept the following:
NO USED UNDERGARMENTS:
No if's, and's or but's about it. Undies are items that need to be bought new, no matter how cute your old ones are.
NO TORN, STAINED, STINKY OR HOLEY CLOTHING:
These items are a NO for us. Please only donate items that are like new or gently worn.
NO WORN OUT SHOES:
We cannot accept dirty shoes or shoes that have holes or worn out soles.
NO used mattresses or pillows
NO used toiletries and cosmetics
NO used electronics of any kind
NO magazines
NO used shades or blinds
NO stuffed animals
NO aerosols
NO adult books other than Bibles or devotionals
NO swimsuits
On average, 300 families get clothing & shoes, at no cost, each month.

Underwear for men, women & children in all sizes
(new underwear only)
Mondays 10 am - 3pm
Tuesday and Wednesdays
9 am - 3 pm
