Mini Cottage
Construction began on MadCAAP's Mini Cottage in Flora, MS on Jan. 9, 2012
5 young adult volunteers from Wisconsin braved the cold, wet and muddy MS weather to help get this cottage off the ground. This weather was quite a change from what this group, plus about 50 more youth, experience each June. They were undaunted!
After just 3 1/2 days of work, this is the exterior of the cottage which will become the home of an elderly gentleman in Flora.
Here's a quick peek inside the cottage! The living/dining/kitchen area is in the foreground; on the left is the bedroom and the bathroom is on the right.
